Anja Taschenberg

Curriculum Vitae

Anja Taschenberg was born in Berlin, Germany in 1981. She started learning the cello at the age of 5, and from the age of 15 she studied with Professor Michael Sanderling at the "Hanns Eisler" School of Music, Berlin. After successfully completing her secondary education and receiving her first offers in film and TV, she studied acting at the University of Music and Theatre "Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy", Leipzig. In the first five years after graduating, she was engaged at Theatre Chemnitz, Zurich Theatre and Greifswald /Stralsund. Now based in Berlin, Anja is currently working freelance in film, on stage, TV, and radio.
